Welcome to My Well-Being Blog! — It includes personal insights, real-life reflections, honest emotions such as grief, struggles, joy, hope… and, gentle reminders, my findings, and tips for your enrich life.

As a visual artist and former international journalist/editor (in Japanese media), my mind often overflows with thoughts and feelings 😅. Writing has always been part of my life, but writing personally — and briefly — takes even more time than writing long articles! I already spend hours crafting art-related posts, yet I’ve felt a growing desire to share something more heartfelt here.
This blog isn’t perfect — and it isn’t meant to be. It’s simply me sharing reflections on well-being, grief, and how to enrich life with mindfulness, hope, and joy even in the midst of struggles. I’m deeply interested in what it means to stay healthy — body, mind, and spirit — and I’ve shared some of these ideas in grief support groups. I thought it might help to open this space for anyone walking a similar path.
Please forgive any imperfections. This blog is a place for me to express freely — flowing thoughts, lessons I’ve learned, and those I’m still learning. I’m endlessly curious and always excited to discover new ideas, people, perspectives, and ways of understanding life (and myself).
Here you’ll find personal insights, gentle reminders, and real-life reflections. You don’t have to agree with everything — just come with an open heart. Sometimes, all we need is a small thought or story to remind us that we’re not alone.
Having lived internationally, I celebrate the diversity of thoughts and experiences that shape us. I find joy in art, food (cooking, baking, and dining out), science, the medical field, movement, and dance — all ways to nurture well-being from the inside out.
Of course, grief and loss are part of our shared human experience. Yet even through them, we can discover resilience — and still find hope, light, and joy along the way.
I’m simply sharing what has helped me. Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t, and may you find something here that adds warmth and meaning to your own journey. 💛
